- Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly – email@example.com
- Lost items will be redelivered, however, items that are delayed due to postage are not covered for a refund if they have successfully arrived even though not on time.
- Please make sure your address is correct on your order. CIINER is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us. If we are notified after the package has been sent out, we will do our best to get in touch with the shipping carrier to have the package re-routed back to us. If we receive the package back, we will provide the customer with the options to re-pay the shipping charge to have it sent to the correct address, or to have the item(s) refunded, original shipping charge excluded.
- If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 3 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for CIINER to return it to you.
